Iva Funderberg
Director of Condominium Development

Iva Funderburg is a Consultant of Cheiron Capital Services, LLC and co-founder and Managing Director of Cheiron Equity Investors, LLC. She conducts industry and sector analysis as well as evaluates due diligence targets. Prior to forming Cheiron, Ms. Funderburg was a Vice President of the private equity firm Oracle Capital Partners, LLC. Before joining Oracle, Ms. Funderburg was an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Alpha Capital Management Inc. Ms. Funderburg began her career as an equity analyst with NCM Capital Management Group, a Durham, North Carolina money management firm. At NCM, Iva analyzed and recommended healthcare and energy securities for inclusion in mid-cap, growth and value equity portfolios. Throughout her tenure at NCM, her recommendations outperformed their relevant sectors, earning her a spot on a team that garnered top decile returns for five consecutive years.

Iva is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and 100 Women in Hedge Funds. Additionally, she is active in the marriage ministry of her church, Apostolic Faith Church.

Ms. Funderburg received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Howard University and her MBA, Finance, from Georgetown University.
