Concept & Idea:
Five homeowners get to share their stories on renovations, restoration and house history while enjoying food, libations and laughter. Approximately 50-60 residents and their dear friends travel via bus from one home to another on a relaxed Sunday afternoon. Participants spend approximately 50 minutes at each home and will travel via bus from one destination to the next. The cost is for tour attendee’s is approximately $45 per person which covers the cost of food, the tour and transportation from home to home.
Venue Schedule and Estimated Costs for each Attendee:
1st Home: Cocktails and Appetizers - $6/person
2nd Home: Soup and Salad - $4/person
3rd Home: Main Course - $10/person
4th Home: Dessert - 4/person
5th Home: Champagne - $4/person
Transportation - $7/person
